Dwayne reveals the competition's new format with regional brackets and the addition of Professional Athlete Titans representing each region. Competitors from the Central division compete in a best-of-3 competition where the winner moves on to battle a Pro-Athlete Titan on Mt. Olympus. Female competitors face Claressa Shields, while the males take on Joe Thomas. In the first round Alexis Balliet takes on Chantae McMillan, while Bartley Weaver IV takes on Matt Chan. In the second round Jess Weatherby takes on Jaime Seeman while Blake Wright takes on Steven Shelby.

In the Central division Kaleb 'Doc Thor' Redden goes up against Michael 'Opera Man' Hewitt and Dani Speegle takes on Nadi Carey. The winning male competitor challenges reigning Titan Joe Thomas and the winning female challenges reigning Titan Chantae McMillan.

Six top competitors from the Central Region have one last shot at redemption. They face off in a new 3-way battle to advance to a classic head-to-head competition. The victors face the Reigning Titans on Mt. Olympus for a chance to advance to the championship round.

In the West Region the top female competitor faces professional stuntwoman and Ninja Warrior star Jessie Graff, while the top man competes against Super Bowl champion Victor Cruz.

The competition continues with athletes pushing themselves to the limit by battling in head-to-head challenges; in the Western division battles, we see Exodus Rogers go up against Mitch Harrison while Kelly Stone takes on Margaux Alvarez.

Robbie Rodriguez goes up against Wayne Skivington while Lindsey Hamm takes on Jamarra Garrett. Winners move on to face reigning Titan's on Mt. Olympus.

Michelle Lewis goes up against Dasha Kuret and Andrew Hanus takes on Ryan Seenberg.

Josh Porter goes up against Blake Broadhurst for the men while Shantal Athill takes on Courtney Roselle for the women.

The contenders face off in a three-way battle before advancing to a classic head-to-head competition. The last competitors standing must defeat the reigning Titans on Mt. Olympus to advance to the championship round.

Regional competition has come to an end and the final Titans from the Central, West, and Eastern divisions have advanced to the Championship. Those 6 elite Titans return for the final rounds of competition. The top 2 men and 2 women advance to compete on Mount Olympus one last time. In the end, one man, and one woman are crowned Titan Champions.
