As the Sea Shepherds prepare for their fourth straight day of engagement with the Japanese whaling fleet, Andy and Simon argue with Dan over the best strategy for attack.

When the bowling team from Area 51 hits town, the long-standing rivalry-cum-war is reignited, and a prank goes horribly wrong. Now Jack not only has to mediate between Area 51 and the home team to prevent more destruction, but also deal with the consequences of the first prank: a blob with an insatiable appetite. Elsewhere, Duncan returns to plead his case to a resistant Lexi.

Billy a construction worker who suffers the physical and psychological pain of an accident at work, starts showing symptoms of an accident almost identical, but more serious that took place over a hundred years ago. Jack and Carl find it difficult to diagnose and treat him. Meanwhile Veronica and Rylan's relationship is put in jeopardy and Jack continues to search for his missing sister.

When Steve admits that a neighbor going through a divorce flirted with him, Anne is forced to examine the strength of her marriage. Also, Courtney and Henry struggle for control of the downstairs television.

Alice ends up in trouble and its down to Curtis to save her. Jordan leaves the hospital for the last time as Adam takes over.
