Cao-Boi doesn't think the girls on his tribe do enough, while on Raro, with J.P. gone the other men seem to be pulling their weight a lot more than before.
At the Reward Challenge, Raro wins the reward of more fishing gear, spices and wine. The tribe is able to catch an octopus but Cristina spills it into the water, angering a few of her tribemates.
On Aitu, while a few of the other tribemates are away exploring, Yul reveals to the others who he can't trust. As Cao-Boi and Ozzy are on their adventure they just happen to come across the Raro tribe on their beach.
Aitu then wins the Immunity Challenge, someone from Raro is going home.

Betty uses her Queens connections to lure big time photographer Vincent Bianchi to shoot for the magazine. When Bianchi insists that Betty meet him at a posh restaurant, she gets a makeover but things don't quite turn out as planned. In the mean time, Bradford tries to get his hands on Fey Sommers' death car and Wilhelmina primps for a big date.

George is confronted by Andrea and Alex. Conflict comes to Marco and Lucio.

A double murder in a Malibu beach house owned by renowned "dirty" private investigator Harry Russo, who has history with Stark, has the D.A'.s office in a tizzy. Russo has been under investigation for two years and Jessica Devlin has been building a grand jury case against him. This may be the break she needs to bring him down.

Russo claims not to know the man on trial for murder and when that is proven wrong, he tries to hide behind the confidentiality he promises his clients.

Meanwhile, Julie begins to fall for a boy in her class and begins to help him with his term paper, but leaves little time for her own.

They end up teaming with Gordon Walker, a hunter whose motivation to destroy supernatural beings may be stronger even than theirs. Together they hunt a nest of vampires. Then Sam learns something about the vampires that might change everything and Ellen gives him some advice about Gordon.

A grandfather and grandson are injured in a chainsaw accident, leaving Luka stuck upstairs with one of them in a difficult case. Pratt has his trial-by-fire when he has to handle the ER alone, juggling multiple traumas, teaching duties and a troublesome intern. Neela mentors a new med student, and lends a hand when Pratt makes a serious error. Abby enrolls in a Mommy and Me class, but its not all fun and games.
