When Jake's car doesn't start when he's supposed to pick up Quinn and the Fashion Club from the mall, the girls reluctantly take the bus, winding up in a creepy neighborhood and having to walk the rest of the way. Meanwhile, a worried Jake has Trent pick him up in his barely-operating vehicle, and they (along with Daria and Jane) search for Quinn and her friends. This storyline frames three ghost stories set during different decades, with the cast playing roles accordingly.
''The Rattling Girl of Lawndale'', told by Stacy, is about a girl in the 1960s (Sandi) that, in an attempt to become the most popular girl at Lawndale High by getting rid of the fat in her eyelids, became anorexic. At the school dance, she showed up so bony that when she danced, she made an annoying rattling sound and everyone laughed at her. Humiliated, she ran off, disappeared, and took her revenge by making the eyelids of all the girls at school puffy, causing the girls to become unpopular. The rattling of her bone

Finally, the two tribes are set to merge into one. Jenna and Sean serve as ambassadors for their tribes, meeting at one another's camp to discuss where the new tribe should stay. At the end of their pow-wow, which includes dinner, a warm bed, and wine, the two finally decide on Tagi beach, naming the new tribe Rattana. Once merged, the Pagong members annoy Rudy, and the women attempt to fix things up around camp while the men relax. Greg wins the first-ever individual immunity challenge, and at the confusing tribal council, Gretchen becomes the victim of a strong Tagi alliance. The tribe has spoken.

The town zoning laws won't allow Peter to build a pool in his yard. When he tries to get a permit, he discovers that his property is actually not part of Quahog, and therefore not part of the United States. Armed with this new information, Peter makes his land his own country, calling it Petoria. When Peter gets no respect in the United Nation, he decides to invade Joe's pool, which brings the U.S. Army to his border. The Griffins can only survive so long without water, electricity, heat, or access to the United States, and finally, Lois and the kids leave President Peter, along with Brian, to his third-world country. Peter finally repatriates only a week after seceding.

Meanwhile, Cyril's having nightmares about delivering the fatal blow to Khan in the boxing match. Ryan asks Sister Pete to intervene. Murphy makes a suggestion to help ease some of the strain in solitary after another inmate commits suicide. Father Mukada plants an inventive idea in Beecher's head on how to deal with Schillinger. Shirley Bellinger returns awaiting her date with the noose. New inmate Mobay, arrives to Oz and his cellmate Hill is immediately suspicious. Gov. Devlin invites Glynn to be his running mate in the Gov's re-election bid. McManus gets an update on Wittlesey, who hasn't returned from vacation and a shootout in Oz results in four deaths.

Cartman has a dream about being in a successful boy band, so he convinces the other boys to join him, in hopes of making $10,000,000. To be a proper boy band, they need five members, so after auditions, they settle on Wendy, and dress her up as a boy. The band, called "Fingerbang", gets a gig playing at the South Park Mall. Stan's father, however, refuses to allow him to stay in the band.
