Elsewhere, a female demon wants to harness Billie's powers, and Paige hits it off with her new charge's parole officer Henry.

As the Smiths continue to live in Saudi Arabia, Stan is fully enjoying the male-dominated society, while the rest of the family struggles with the different social norms. Gabrielle tries to revisit her past when old friends come to town, but doesn't want anyone to know that she's three months pregnant when getting dressed up. With the aftermath of her breakup with Mike, Susan finds temporary solace from her ex-husband Karl as his relationship with Edie hits a bump. Also, the Scavo family learns more about the new neighbors, the Harpers when they babysit their children and uncover a sex tape of the couple. Lastly, Caleb gets loose from the basement and roams around Wisteria Lane at night, which leads to major consequences for Gabrielle.

Derek asks Meredith not to ignore him until Addison comes walking around the corner. Derek and Addison take sides when a couple of their closest friends come in for a controversial surgery. Izzie helps Addison and Derek on their friends' case and when Alex tries to help by joking around their conversations take a more serious turn. A person falls five stories and becomes George's patient, much to the patient's dismay. Meredith patients won't stop talking about monogamy. Webber bugs Bailey about making a fellowship decision until he finds out that more is going into her decision than he knows about.

Lucius Vorenus is asked by Caesar to convince a veteran soldier to personally accept a large severance in exchange for agreeing to make the rest of the veterans calm down. Meanwhile, Titus Pullo murders a famous critic of Julius Caesar and he is sentenced to death in the arena when his lawyer fails to defend him properly. Octavian attempts to persuade Caesar to pardon Pullo for his crimes, though when his requests are ignored, Titus Pullo's fate seems inevitable.
