Stardate: 54283.3 - While in the Delta Flyer, the Doctor, Harry Kim and Seven of Nine come under attack for transporting a hologram through Lokirrim space - an act which is strictly forbidden. To hide the doctor, Seven of Nine downloads him into her cybernetic implants shortly before they are taken to a Lokirrim holding cell. On board Voyager, Tuvok enters Pon Farr.

While Andie is recovering from her near-fatal drug overdose at the party, Jack blames Jen for the whole incident and is not talking to her. Jen blames the deranged Drue for her life falling apart when he turns Grams and the whole town against Jen by telling everyone that they intentionally gave Andie the drugs. After Andie comes home from the hospital, her dad tells her it would be better if she went to spend the rest of the year in Italy with her aunt, since she already has the credits required to an early graduation. Andie decides to go and plans a goodbye dinner with the whole gang. She tells them how important life is, and the valuable time they might be wasting with useless fights between natural best friends. Jack and Jen get things straight, and Andie plays a little trick to bring Dawson and Pacey together.

The President takes a late night flight to Portland the night before an education speech. Sam goes along with the President because Bartlet is having trouble getting the speech right, and Toby goes along as well to help Sam. C.J. is also forced to go after she criticized Notre Dame, Bartlet's alma mater. Meanwhile back in Washington, Josh argues with gay Congressman Matt Skinner over a bill prohibiting same-sex marriages, while Leo keeps an eye on a crisis in the Persian Gulf. Margaret worries that Leo might be tempted to drink again after he is served divorce papers.

Caitlin goes out of her way to prove that she's fun after a blind man won't date her because she's not. Charlie accidentally talks Claudia into becoming a nun; she leaves Paul. The mayor researches religion.

The murder of a storeowner leads to a case where the suspect flees to Israel and may be protected from extradition by Israel's Law of Return.

Kyle comes to school with his new "Dawson's Creek" Trapper Keeper, and wants to show it off, but Cartman upstages him with his highly sophisticated Trapper Keeper. They are visited by a cyborg from the future who calls himself Bill Cosby, and pretends to be a new fourth grade student. Eventually, he reveals his mission, which is to destroy Cartman's Trapper Keeper, thereby preventing a massive human vs. robot war in the future. Meanwhile, Mr. Garrison has been re-hired to teach Kindergarten, and there is a dispute beetween Ike and Fillmore as to who should be the class president.

Tonight, a second interview with comedian Adam Sandler promotes his new movie Little Nicky.

Sandy makes a play for Adams at the hospital party. Kirstie takes hospital rules into her own hands when she gives an elderly patient an unlicensed drug.

Freddy enters the disco and sees Aura Maria dancing with a boy. Armando enters the disco and asks Betty to talk, but she tries to leave, despite this, she feels pressured and they talk. He tells her that he loves her.
