Homer is diagnosed with clogged arteries and needs a triple bypass heart surgery. But the $40,000 price tag on the operation forces Homer to turn to Dr. Nick as a cheap alternative.

Sam decides to sell his car, but has a hard time doing so. When he finally decides to sell it, he tries to do everything possible to get it back. Meanwhile, Rebecca becomes attached to the pig Woody is going to fix for Christmas dinner.
