A demon is making people become the living embodiment of the seven deadly sins, and the sisters and Leo aren't immune the effects. Phoebe becomes Lust, Piper becomes gluttony, Prue becomes Pride, and Leo becomes Sloth. If they don't rid themselves of the curse soon, they may never return to normal.

The remaining 5 survivors (Colby, Tina, Elisabeth, Rodger & Keith) are beginning to get homesick. Tina explains how she misses her husband and her children. Elisabeth states that she misses her mother. The survivors at the reward challenge get to email their loved ones. Keith surprises his girlfriend by proposing to her; she says yes. Tina's husband wins the challenge and gets to talk to Tina for a while. The survivors decide to play a friendly game of frisbee. Keith & Colby get into a huge fight over rice portions. At Immunity, Colby yet again wins. At Tribal Council, Keith receives 2 votes while Rodger receives 3 and becomes the 5th Jury Member.

When Monica and Ross's alluring cousin visits, her irrestible beauty causes serious distractions for all the men who meet her. Rachel and Phoebe try to rush their plans for Monica's shower.

Two teenage boys run over a deaf man but they didn't kill him- he was already dead. Grissom has to find out who did it and he's not getting help from the deaf man's school. Catherine and Nick investigate an apparent mob hit that leaves five dead in a coffee shop.

When Grace frets that she and Will might drift apart like their similar friends, she impulsively buys an expensive piano which she hopes will cement their mutual bond and love for music -- or at least give her an excuse to perform a lot of show tunes. Meanwhile, when Jack is dumped by his latest romantic interest, he vents his grief by writing trashy novels which instantly draw Karen's passionate attention.

Mark must overcome numerous obstacles, mostly weather-related, in order to get to the church to marry Elizabeth, who is stuck with both of her bickering, divorced parents. Abby has a major cold, but cannot leave the hospital, due to most of the nurses being at the wedding. Many patients come in to the ER from an accident involving a prison van; Luka and Carter clash over the treatment of an injured cop and a prisoner with a dislocated shoulder. While waiting for a flight to Vegas, Weaver (who wasn't invited to the wedding), strikes up a conversation with a friendly man. Chen misses her son. Cleo doesn't want to go to the wedding, because the bride is Peter's ex-girlfriend.

After collapsing in front of his 'rival' Japp, being rushed into hospital and diagnosed with a weight problem that could cause a heart problem, private society detective Hercule Poirot, who must recover and hopes to lose some weight, visits a seaside health farm on "Burgh Island", in Devon, which has about the best weather in Britain, accompanied by his British friend and assistant, major Hastings. For once he needs to keep far from mysteries, but a murder happens right there: the flirtatious heiress Arlena Stewart is found strangled on a secluded beach where she went sunbathing near a cove. As usual Poirot has screens several suspects such as Christine Redfern, whose husband, journalist Patrick Redfern, was flirting with Arlena in front of Christine while Arlena's husband Kenneth Marshall and 17-year-old step son Lionel Marshall resented her own flirtations with other men. Others had much to loose by Arlena's diva-bitching in professional life. A strange guest at the resort, Major Barry, rather grimly warns Poirot and Hastings to leave as the island isn't a safe place but refuses to explain why. The mystery unravels slowly as he struggles with the exact method of the killer(s?) and especially the timing of events, for both deliberate deception and chance complicated matters.
