Teaser: Joey helps Michelle fix her toy car. Main Synopsis: Jesse tells Stephanie that she must apologize for going along with her classmates in teasing Walter, a kid who wears eyeglasses, but the apology makes Walter think Stephanie loves him, and when Stephanie's friends come over to the house and see Stephanie talking to Walter, they make Stephanie a target for teasing, until Stephanie turns the tables on them, and shows them how it feels to be teased. Meanwhile, at school, D.J. has been assigned to follow and observe a person for a day, then write an essay about that person. D.J. chooses Michelle to be the subject for the essay, and on "Wake Up, San Francisco", Joey fills in for Becky as Danny's co-host while Becky is out of town.

When Gayle's job means a transfer to Columbus, Ohio for her, she wants to take Hobie with her. Therefore she has hired a lawyer in order to get the custody of Hobie. When Mitch and Gayle argue, Hobie overhears everything and leaves upset. His friend Jenny has the keys to her dad's boat, so she and Hobie along with their friend Clark head out with the boat. They end up at an island named Santa Ynez.

General Von Klinkerhoffen is declared to be mad and is locked up in the 'fruitcake ward' at the military hospital. General Von Flockenstuffen takes command of the district.
Fanny and Monsieur Le Clerc are at their wedding reception, in bed because they're both exhausted. The helium balloon for the airmen's escape is tied to the bed. It takes off into the air, carrying the bed with it.
