Hoping to FINALLY out-perform his brother, Chris convinces his parents to let him take up karate lessons. Meanwhile, Tonya goes with Rochelle to the beautician and discovers the fun of gossiping.

Lionel is taken hostage by a masked man who forces him to play elaborate games for the prize of staying alive. Martha goes to confront Lionel after Clark tells her Lionel knows his secret and becomes a part of the game herself, fighting for her life.

A medical emergency forces one castaway to leave the island for treatment and the other players are left to ponder whether the person will return to the game or not. At the Reward Challenge, the tribe members are required to answer personal questions about their fellow tribemates which does not sit well with Courtney.

As graduation rapidly approaches, Summer, Seth, Ryan and Marissa head to their Pre-orientations: Summer and Seth at Brown, and Ryan and Marissa at UC Berkeley. Kirsten is shocked to see a person from Ryan's past while dropping the boys off at the airport. Later, Seth runs into an old friend while at Brown, threatening his relationship with Summer. Meanwhile, Kirsten begins to relapse back into her old ways.

When a vampire hunter and friend of their father's is killed, Sam and Dean are shocked when their father arrives to help them solve the crime. John finds that vampires have stolen a gun that has the capability of killing all evil beings. The brothers, along with their father, set out to get the gun back.

Carl Brantley, Mac's nominee for Attorney General, takes a hit from the Senate during conformation hearings due to his actions towards crime, but Mac remains sure in her nominee. Meanwhile, a plane carrying weapons goes missing over Pakistan and Vice President Keaton takes charge of the situation using his military experience. Rod begins to settle into his role as First Gentleman, but when Kate goes missing, Rod, and the rest of the family, become panicked.

After Breck Mulligan goes missing from the women's shelter he had been working at, the team is called in to investigate. Breck was originally assigned to work at the shelter as part of a his probation for drug related offences, but the plight of the women and children seeking help had gotten to him and he had continued to work for the shelter, even going so far as to sleep with rich older women to get donations to help the shelter. The team is surprised to learn how little faith Breck's family and friends had in him, discovering that his friends had staged in 'intervention' the night he went missing, trying to convince him to walk away from his new life.

An alliance is formed between two fighters who are on opposite teams. Rory is getting on people's nerves and Tito picks two middleweights to fight in the Octagon.
