The competition heats up as the four remaining teams gear up for their new tasks. The ladies get to give the guys makeovers and the guys must go out and get phone numbers from total strangers. Tensions rise as a rivalry grows between two of the contestants, and when Chuck and Caitilin win the challenges again, they nominate Richard & Mindi for elimination for the second time, along with Lauren & Bill. The experience of having gone through elimination once already proves to be an advantage for Richard & Mindi, who survive, and Lauren & Bill are sent home.

With Evander and Edyta voted out last week, only four couples remain.

Adam and Kari go to a local raceway and drive a skills course, while being distracted on the cell phone, and then after knocking back some beers, to find out which is more dangerous. And, in their own homemade mock airplane they test "the brace position."

Can the aging process be reversed? A thirty-something former athlete battles back at his expanding waistline and lowering libido by going on an anti-aging drug regime prescribed by a doctor for 30 days. What will the effects be on his marriage, career, and mood? During his 30 days of drug therapy he will exercise with a trainer, adhere to a nutritionists plan and undergo monitoring by his doctor to watch for any negative side effects. Can he recapture his youth?
