Using an Ancient communication device, Daniel and Vala are transported into the bodies of two villagers in a distant galaxy. Once there though, Daniel and Vala find that there are beings posing as gods which are much worse than the Goa'uld ever were. Meanwhile on Dakara things are not going well for the new Jaffa nation. A lot of the Jaffa cannot understand why Teal'c is still spending so much time with the Tau'ri even though he says that finding out about the Ancients will be a great help to the Jaffa. Back in the other galaxy, Daniel and Vala run into some trouble which leads to a big problem for Vala.

When a pizza delivery man accidentally gives her a fifty-dollar bill as change, Natalie follows him to return the money, only to discover that he's been murdered. Or has he? The photo of the victim in the case folder doesn't match the man who delivered the pizza. But with Stottlemeyer and Disher concentrating on a high-profile case involving the murder of a judge and Monk suffering from the flu (and, worse, from an annoying get-well card that incessantly plays "Polly Wolly Doodle"), Natalie can't get anyone to investigate the delivery man's murder. Leaving Julie the unenviable task of watching Monk, she decides to solve the case herself--even if it means entering the murderer's house. Meanwhile, between nose-blowings and annoying demands, Monk deduces from the evidence the captain presents him that the man the judge was seeing is not married, an important step toward solving her murder.

Daedalus is infected by a Wraith computer virus. Dr McKay and his team must stop it as members of the Atlantis expedition return from Earth after a meeting at the SGC thanks to the ZPM. During the meeting at the SGC, Dr. Weir learns that the Pentagon plans to replace Major Sheppard with Colonel Caldwell.

The Galactica successfully reunites with the fleet, but the Cylons are still onboard the ship. Col. Tigh orders Lee to stop the Centurions from reaching Aft Damage Control before they vent the atmosphere from the ship.



On Cylon-occupied Caprica, Starbuck and Helo visit her old apartment. Helo takes note of the abstract paintings on the wall.



On Kobol, Baltar has a nightmare about Adama. Tyrol and Cally go on a purported rescue mission.
