To help Buffy get over the pain of having been used by Parker, the gang head to a fraternity Halloween party expecting a few cheap scares and a bit of harmless fun. Unfortunately, some accidental magic turns the party into a house of horrors where everyone's fears come to life.

Dharma becomes convinced that the ghost of a recently deceased neighbor wants to conduct some unfinished business - and the spirit soon moves Greg in a rather carnal way.

It's Halloween night and Fez has just discovered the joys of American Halloween by dressing up as Batman. Later the gang heads of to their old Grammar School only to find each other permanent records and discover some shocking things about each other.

A desperate young woman, Melissa, pleads for Angel's help, as her disembodied stalker who can detach and reattach his body parts at will, grows more violent.
