Next, Jon reports on four recent Supreme Court decisions in a segment called "Decisions '07". Jon creates a spinner out of the swing vote judge on the court, Anthony Kennedy. Unfortunately, Kennedy sided with the conservative side of the court in every 5-4 decision. Senior Political Analyst Samantha Bee talks with Jon about the make-up of the Supreme Court and the fact that Cheney is a Supreme Court judge too.
Finally, "Trendspotting with Demetri Martin". Youth correspondent Demetri Martin talks about credit cards and how they they target college campuses. Demetri finds this to be a good thing as going deeper into debt is alright since were all gonna die someday anyway.
