Walt's wife Martha is not excited over the prospect and takes him to court saying he's not of sound mind because of the moons. Alex still has feelings for Claire, but humiliates himself while trying to help her solve a problem for work, and possibly loses her as a friend. Sarah Louise's son, Jonah, runs away from a "scared straight" school, and he and Lydia become friends although his motives are questionable.

Through an online video, Devon reveals to the world that she is going to start injecting herself with Promicin and that it will be available to the public soon. However, her body later rejects the Promicin, and Shawn is captured by NTAC while he tries to heal her. He refuses to tell where the Promicin is being held, but Isabelle manages to get the information from him. Predicting that she would find the location, Collier takes the Promicin from the warehouse and plants a bomb. However, Isabelle survives and decides that the only way to draw out Collier is to attack the 4400 Center.

Alma works out a deal for her claim; Utter recieves another body for Hearst; and Harry gets his fire engine. Stubbs reaches out to a frustrated Tolliver, who finds himself with a folded hand as the action heats up. Through Farnum, Hearst issues his conditions for departure, forcing Swearengen to finish what Burns can't.

Skip's client Susan Palavi claimed that her former boyfriend Jared raped her at a party after they broke up, while Jared claims differently. Although, the case gets even more complicated when another raped victim comes out in the open to expose Jared's past deeds.

However, since Ari cannot get the movie back, he tries to win Vince back with a corporate-style presentation himself. This backfires because the boys find Ari to be just like everyone else now and fire Ari as they walk out of his office.
