Eleven of the twelve remaining contestants are brought backstage to the Ellen DeGeneres Show where they are questioned by the host and show off their "Ellen" boxer shorts. DeAnna brings ten of the men to a dude ranch, when an argument erupts between Ron and Jeremy. DeAnna also has a pair of one on one dates, first with Jason who has yet to admit that he has a child, and the other with Richard, who she fears may only be a friend. The Rose ceremony see DeAnna trimming the lineup to nine.

Spring Break is almost here, Cappie gets his pledges to practice with their fake ID's, leading Rusty into a tricky situation.



Meanwhile, Casey goes to Evan for help with her LSAT test and in the process she begins to question her future.

Mike heads to an Oklahoma wind farm and learns that going green sometimes means you've got to get brown first. Then he heads to Kentucky to clean out a sinkhole that some have unfortunately turned into a garbage dump.

Mia's renewed relationship with Lucas is making her feel like she's on top of the world. With the extra free time afforded by his help, she's taking on all the high school things her parenting has kept her from enjoying. To keep Lucas happy, though, Mia also must allow herself to have fun with him once in a while. But when a party goes too far, Mia alone will have to face the consequences.

Michael managed to revive Max and Connie tells Kyla that he needs surgery. But a decision about surgery can only be agreed when Max's foster parents Lindsey and Andrew arrive. Kyla found out that Lindsey had been out drinking and told Max's social worker that Lindsey was an alcoholic and tried to persuade him to let her have Max back. But Roger wouldn't believe her and insisted Max was better off in his new home. Meanwhile, Michael suspected Abra was a liability after he struggled during an operation. After another operation when pear-shaped and with some persuasion from Ric, Michael agreed to cover for Abra. Meanwhile, Elliot bottled out of a coffee date with Lady Byrne but later apologised and agreed to take her out for a coffee.
