After giving the finger to a guy who cut him off, Michael is terrified when they are stuck next to the guy's car. Gina meets two guys, one in an El Camino and one in a Mercedes. Alex saves the day when she shows up with a motorcycle that gets Joey onstage and hugging Jay Leno just in time.

This week's task is to create the most buzz about NesCaf's Taster's Choice coffee. Before the task begins, an unhealthy Verna quits the show due to a high stress level and a low energy level. During the challenge, Angie leads her team to a creative campaign, while Michael slacks off for his team. The extra effort would not have hurt, seeing that Networth's team, full of energy, ultimatley creates the bigger buzz for the win, and as a reward, they are treated to a helicopter ride around Manhattan. Magna goes to the boardroom, where they try to oust Michael's exemption. Trump, sticking to the rules, fires the Project Manager, Danny, and Magna loses two members in one week.

Later, Caleb decides what kind of relationship he wants with both of his daughters, and Alex confronts Marissa about where their relationship is headed.

Scott Woolley, under the alias Mr. Osment, hires Grace to design his new restaurant under the condition Grace fires Karen from her design firm. Grace later tells Karen about the incident and they realize the man that hired Grace is really Scott Woolley. Meanwhile, Jack takes Will out for a boys' night to get his mind off of Vince, but ends up ditching Will.
ER Season 11, Episode 13

After Pratt is dumped by a woman who says he's not a grown-up, he comes to the conclusion over the course of his day that he is. He treats a young kid with a suspicious scratch on his stomach, and lets him leave before Wendall clears him. The kid is later brought back into the ER, having been beaten to death by bullies. Susan's tenure is up for review, and since she might be fired if she doesn't bring enough money into the ER, she's trying to get multiple grants. Luka and Dubenko get into a pissing contest over a patient's treatment, and Luka turns out to be right when Pratt makes a good save. With Jake off to his surgery rotation soon, he switches the remainder of his shifts with Jane so that he can work nights with Neela and be free to date Abby. At the end of the day, after Abby has finished his evaluation, he's waiting for her on her front steps.
