When Buffy is admitted to hospital with a raging fever she meets a young boy, Ryan, who has the same flu virus and claims that the sick children in the hospital are being persecuted by a monster that may be death himself.

In an homage to ?The Breakfast Club' all the major characters (as well as bad girl Abby Morgan) are sentences to an 8-hour Saturday detention - supervised by the school librarian Mrs. Tringle. Abby starts trouble by suggesting a game of truth or dare that escalades into something totally different within mere minutes...

Harm, Mac, and Bud investigate claims of sexual harassment aboard an aircraft carrier. Mac's boyfriend, Dalton Lowne, is the defendant's attorney, and Mac is shocked when she discovers that he has been copying information from her files.

Lilith is back in Seattle after her husband leaves her. Frasier feels he should help Lilith through her hardship, but he still has an attraction to her, which he's afraid would go too far if he spends time with her. Before they head out to a party in which Lilith is also attending, Frasier asks Niles to drive Lilith to her hotel so he wont have to fight off any urges. Little does Frasier know, Niles has some urges of his own.

As more telepaths arrive at the station, the denizens of Downbelow start taking notice. Tensions build until one of the telepaths is assaulted, and the others decide to take revenge - against Byron's wishes. Meanwhile, Franklin tries to find out why the Hyach are hiding part of their medical history.
