Kyle encounters the concept of time and wonders why those around him focus on it. In an attempt to tire out Kyle, the Tragers subjects him to running, sleeping pills and other activities. Josh suspects that Kyle may be an alien.

Deputy Chief Brenda Johnson investigates the murder of a young woman at a high-priced restaurant. Among the suspects are a slimy investor who has previously been investigated for murder and her husband, an ambitious chef. As the investigation unfolds, Brenda learns that the victim may have used unconventional ways to advance her career and the career of her husband.

Meanwhile, Brenda must also deal with a major landmark in her life: her 40th birthday. She attempts to hide the fact from the squad, but their investigative skills eventually uncover her secret.

The remaining eight teams become immersed in the history of the American Revolution as they attempt to find the third of seven artifacts in the treasure hunt. The Browns and the Hanlons bump heads and things get headed. The teams had to pair up with another time in order to get clues from 2 different locations and put them together. There is a lot of tention amongst the hunters. The Wild Hanlons were eliminated.

Beginning where they left off in episode 86, Chad, Nova, and vice-captain of the 11th division, Matsumoto Rangiku, have one more plan to save Ururu from Baura. The plan works, but the second after, the Bounto decides he's had enough and vanishes.
