Then one trainer gets shocking news at the weigh-in, and after an emotional elimination, host Alison Sweeney delivers some very exciting news to the contestants.

Seth and Ashley's bitter rivalry reaches a boiling point and turns the store upside down. Meanwhile, a vintage collector's item sparks a heated negotiation. And, employees revolt when a customer tries to sell a gold tooth, but Les sees dollar signs.

Station House #4 is alerted when a murder is overheard by a young switchboard operator. Murdoch soon traces the address but finds that no one is home and there is no body in sight. Nevertheless, Murdoch's suspicions are aroused when he finds a particularly clean room. As only he can, Murdoch realizes that the room is a murder scene and attempts to begin unraveling the mystery.

To Lockhart/Gardner's disbelief, Louis Canning returns to face off against Alicia once again when the firm represents families of workers who committed suicide due to miserable working conditions. Meanwhile, Cary finds out shocking information about Kalinda.

Crosby decides to try and get Jasmine back. Meanwhile, Adam worries about Haddie and Alex going to her prom together. Sarah works on her play script.

After all the trials and tribulations that led up to the championship fight, Lights goes to "war" when he finally faces off with "Death Row" Reynolds for the heavyweight title. Before the big fight, Hal Brennan gathers all the former champs that have been burned by Barry Word and starts a war against him by starting a new boxing alliance called United Boxers. But in order for Lights to be a part of it, he suggests a 10 percent cut for a health fund to help all the boxers in need of medical care. Meanwhile, Word has a pre-fight talk with Lights, and it is not very inspiring the night before the fight. Theresa has her own talk with Reynold's wife, Jennifer. As soon as the third round begins, Lights manages to K.O. Reynolds and wins back his title, but suffers a severe concussion. After the fight Theresa makes a shocking discovery about Lights: she goes to his side and watches in horror as he groggily asks her "Who won".

Megan finds she has a special connection to a young woman found murdered in a seedy motel room. Meanwhile, Megan starts taking an interest in what's going on around her when she learns about some of her colleagues' personal challenges.

The teams are dissolved and the competition becomes individualized. Weapons for both challenges are military focused. While the elimination challenge uses the M1 Garand, the contestants show their skills at the ultimate long- range test, the thousand yard shot using the Barrett 82A1 .50 in the main challenge.
