Cole and Phoebe are both ensnared by the song of The Siren, a creature who preys on married men and kills their wives. Piper and Paige are left to find a way to save Phoebe, but nothing is ever simple for the Charmed Ones, as a bickering Piper and Leo find themselves body swapped by their already powerful unborn child.

Becker spends the night with Reggie, but whilst trying to sneak out of the diner, Jake discovers him and finds out everything. Becker decides to dump Chris, and when she comes to the diner he tells her that he slept with Reggie and can't be with her. Later Becker has second thoughts and after a conversation with Linda about following your heart, decides to dump Reggie and be with Chris. He goes to the diner but Reggie is nowhere to be seen. The phone rings. It's Reggie. She's realized she hit rock bottom when she slept with Becker and has decided to leave town. Becker goes to Chris and tells her he changed his mind, and she's ready to be with him too until she finds out that Reggie left town and she assumes she's some sort of consolation prize. Meanwhile Linda argues with Margaret over what the term 'next Thursday' means.

Sydney is unsure if her mother's kindness was real or was an attempt to kill her. Meanwhile Sloane is made a partner of Allience of Twelve, and Will sees Francie talking with a man about her restaraunt, who may not be best guy.

With Angel trapped on the ocean floor and Cordelia stuck on a mystical plane, Fred and Gunn are frustrated at the lack of clues regarding their friends' whereabouts, especially after the only eyewitness to Angel's disappearance is murdered. After Angel is rescued by the most unlikely person, the shocking reasons behind the mysterious disappearances become clear.

The double murder of a social services worker and a deputy mayor lead the detectives to suspect a couple who may have a grudge against the social worker for taking away their children. When they learn that the social worker had taken special interest in a child prodigy being considered for admission to a prestigious, accelerated school, they examine both the boy and his obsessive father.

Things heat up between Ralphie and Johnny Sack after Ralphie's rude remarks about Johnny's wife become public. Tony is forced to plan a hit on Johnny, while Johnny puts out a contract on Ralphie.
Carmela stops by Furio's new home and discovers a growing attraction to him.

Emma finds out that her mom is dating Mr. Simpson. Jimmy and Spinner sabotages each other in order to win a dance contest.

After inadvertantly getting a nanny fired, Larry discovers she's a "nanny from hell," but not before she causes a tummolt at the Greene household. Meanwhile, Larry's "penis faux pas" may ruin Richard Lewis' quest to finally be recognized by Bartlett's Familiar Quotations.
