Meanwhile, Graydon Talbot is slowly working his way into Andy's inner circle while Senator DuPeche assists with the preparations to bring her friend Louis home from the hospital.

When a Senator dies in office, members of both sides of the Senate take the opportunity to eulogize a man they mostly hated, in order to get the press coverage. Louis' efforts in stopping the showgirls strike leads to a victorious re-election campaign while Robert must participate in a debate to save his seat.
