Holden continues to try to fit back into his life and learns how much things have really changed while he was in his coma. He seeks an explanation for his new powers and agrees to a scary undertaking to learn more about what happened to him. His first real memory of where he was during his coma proves to be too much for Holden to handle.

Beyond Show Summary

A young man named Holden wakes up from a coma after 12 years and discovers he is emotionally still a teenager, physically an adult and possessed with supernatural abilities that propel him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy.

Holden's childhood best friend Kevin, now a therapist, is haunted by guilt after the incident that put Holden in a coma; Holden's mother Diane, who has refused to give up on Holden throughout his coma and now is determined to protect him; Holden's father Tom, who is emotionally withdrawn after his son's ordeal and defers to Diane; and Holden's clever younger brother Luke, who grew up in the shadow of his brother's tragedy and is now faced with a brother who knows less about the world than he does. Finally, Willa, a woman who appears to be interested in Holden, and who warns him he is in great danger. From who, and why?
