Teaser: There is no teaser for this episode. Main Synopsis: Danny's sister Wendy has returned to the USA from the African country of Uganda. Wendy is a primate researcher and she has a pet chimpanzee named Ginger, who quickly becomes attached to Jesse for some reason. Wendy is scheduled for a job interview at the local zoo, so Joey takes her to the interview. A package is in the mail, and when Stephanie and Michelle open it, it turns out to be a figure named "Nikata". The tag on it says that there will be a curse over the family if no one "feeds" Nikata. By the time Joey and Wendy get home, they are getting along great. Danny notices this, and tells Joey not to date Wendy. Joey thinks Danny's being overprotective, and Danny starts following Joey around the house to try to explain things. It turns out that the Nikata is an African piggy bank Wendy ordered as a souvenir, and Danny doesn't want Joey to date Wendy because she's the kind of person who is so committed to her job that she c
After his wife ishuged in a car accident, news anchorman Danny Tanner recruits his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis (a rock musician) and best friend Joey Gladstone (who works as a stand-up comedian) to help raise his three young daughters: D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle, in his San Francisco home. Over time, the three men as well as the children bond and become closer to one another.
Danny is reassigned from his duties as sports anchor by his television station to become co-host of a local morning television show, Wake Up, San Francisco, and is teamed up with Nebraska native Rebecca Donaldson.
