Teaser: Joey, D.J., and Michelle watch roadrunner cartoons. Main Synopsis: After a talk with Teddy, Michelle realizes that she doesn't know how it feels to have a mother, so in order to have a mother, Michelle tries to find a woman for Danny, and Michelle believes that her teacher, Miss Wiltrout, is exactly the one she's looking for. Meanwhile, when a record company tells Jesse that Jesse and the Rippers' image is too soft, Jesse and Joey work together to try to come up with a tougher image for the band, and D.J. is writing an essay for school, and it's titled "What it's like to be someone else". For this essay, D.J. temporarily switches places with Kimmy.
After his wife ishuged in a car accident, news anchorman Danny Tanner recruits his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis (a rock musician) and best friend Joey Gladstone (who works as a stand-up comedian) to help raise his three young daughters: D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle, in his San Francisco home. Over time, the three men as well as the children bond and become closer to one another.
Danny is reassigned from his duties as sports anchor by his television station to become co-host of a local morning television show, Wake Up, San Francisco, and is teamed up with Nebraska native Rebecca Donaldson.
