FBI agent Audrey Parker travels to the town of Haven to investigate the passing of a local ex-con. She soon discovers the man's passing is merely the tip of a very large iceberg of supernatural phenomena.

When all of the afflicted revert to their original mental states, they realize that something more is going on.
