Sara meets Eve, inviting her to Sara's own 'surprise' party. Much to Sara's dismay though, her so-called friends have bought her the unique gift of life coaching sessions with larger than life expert, Toria who gives her a dramatic ultimatum that could make Eve run a mile.

Sara meets a Dutch action hero and starts her course of life coaching with Toria. A hypnosis session has some unfortunate consequences for Justine. Daniel feels undervalued at work and lets out his frustrations on the paintball battlefield.

The friends make their way to the country for a practice exercise in which Sara needs to come out to Toria's parents as a trial run for telling her own. Jamie and Justine share an close moment. Toria is forced to face her fears.
