In HELL'S KITCHEN's most sophisticated test to date, Chef Ramsay challenges the chefs to design and execute a balanced fusion dish that combines the flavors of two countries' distinct cuisines. Chef Ramsay enlists the help of three renowned executive chefs and experts in fusion cuisine: Philip Dubose of Asia de Cuba, Helene An of Crustacean and Lee Hefter of Spagoto select one winner who will earn a fine dining experience at Spago Beverly Hills while the remaining contestants are left behind at the dorms for Move-Out Day. Dinner service takes a turn for the worse when the chefs fail to see eye to eye, and Chef Ramsay is forced to intervene.
