Jac returns from a break and learns that Guy's mother is on her ward and needs urgent treatment. Realising that all is not well between mother and son, she can't help but hold a grudge against Guy. She's impressed by young junior doctor Jasmine, who shows a keen interest in the medicine, but that soon turns sour when Jac discovers the truth about her.
