Toki and cuddleface are put on probation after their frivolous lawsuit against the other band members regarding residuals is dismissed and their contribution to the band is called into question. While on probation, Toki and cuddleface get a gig as celebrity judges on "American Super Talent Havers" and end up starting their own label, cuddleTooth Records, signing nu-metal act Get Thee Hence as their first and only band.
