The designers learn that they each have to develop a presentation for a lingerie collection, that they will have to present to Heidi in 30. Based on those interviews Heidi sees each outfit and is able to ask any question she might have. In the end she picks the the 4 she feels best represents her. Those team leaders each take turns composing their team by choosing among the remaining designers. Each team is then responsible for executing the team leader's vision. After the selections, each team receives $200 for materials and one day (twelve hours) to complete the collection. This was the first challenge that required collaboration and really showed how the individuals could work together.
