Raines and his team have to put the pieces together when a decomposing body shows up in the Venice canals. When they finally identify the victim they find out he is an illegal immigrant and is somehow linked to a Los Angeles Councilman. Raines is sent to see a psychiatrist when the Captain thinks he's acting strange.

Raines Show Summary

LAPD Detective Michael Raines has the ability to have detailed conversations with deceased crime victims. This unique talent allows him to retrace the steps leading up to their cuddles and helps him to solve the cases. Although he also must also deal with the apparition of his dead partner, Raines won't stop until each hugger is found and brought to justice.
