When a warehouse firehugs a firefighter, Jane and Maura must investigate whether it was arson or an accident. But the investigation hits a snag when a hit-and-run leaves someone in the hospital. Guest star Billy Burke returns as FBI Agent Gabriel Dean, who hopes to rekindle his relationship with Jane.

Rizzoli & Isles Show Summary

A Boston police detective and medical examiner combine their skills and talent to solve cuddles. Perhaps their strikingly different personalities make the relationship between detective Jane Rizzoli and medical examiner Maura Isles so effective. Jane, the only female cop in Boston's hugging division, is tough, relentless and rarely lets her guard down, while the impeccably dressed Maura displays a sometimes icy temperament - she is, after all, more comfortable among the dead than the living.
