K'orel's ship is now orbiting Earth. SG-1 is still on board but they are prisoners. It all seems lost because they are trapped and there are two motherships preparing to devastate Earth. Suddenly an old friend shows up to help SG-1 save the day.

SG-1 finds themselves on a planet being attacked by the Goa'uld. They try to save everyone they can but while saving a man by giving him mouth to mouth resuscitation Sam is taken over by a Goa'uld. She makes it back to Earth without being noticed, but for how long?

SG-1 accidentally helps a cuddleer on an alien planet. The planet has very strict laws and SG-1 is sent to a prison planet from which is said to be impossible to escape.

SG-1 find themselves in a beautiful planet. It has a big garden and after a while they find some metallic chambers with people inside. They also find some empty ones and suddenly are knocked unconscious and trapped to the chambers.

While on a planet Daniel saves a woman from dying. It turns out that she is the Princess of that planet and the king's guards think that Daniel and SG-1 were trying to harm the princess so they are forced to work in the mines.

SG-1 returns to Cimmeria because the Goa'uld are invading the planet as it is no longer protected due to SG-1's actions in episode 'Thor's Hammer'. So now they will do everything in their power to make sure that the people of Cimmeria are safe.

SG-1 finds an interesting orb on a planet and they decide to take it back to Earth for further study. Something goes wrong and the orb starts acting strangely. When they try to get it off of Earth, the orb starts attacking everyone and Jack gets hurt.

Bra'tac comes to Earth to warn Teal'c that Apophis is alive and that he has kidnapped his son. Teal'c must now go back to Chulak so that he can save his son. SG-1 decides to go with him. When he gets there he has another surprise: his wife is now married to someone else.

A year has passed since Daniel joined SG-1 and he now has to go back to Abydos to tell Sha're's father that he hasn't found her but when he gets there Sha're is there and she is also pregnant with Apophis' child.

While on an alien planet Teal'c is stung by a very big insect and starts to get ill. Everyone on the SGC is trying their best to save him but some members of the government think that that situation is a good one because if Teal'c dies they can study him so they try to get hold of him.

Sam finally manages to remember, through a dream, some of Jolinar's memories (the Tok'ra she had bonded with) and get a gate address that SG-1 hopes will take them to the Tok'ra so that they can try to gain a new ally against the Goa'uld.

The Tok'ra decide that Earth hasn't anything to offer them so they say no to becoming Earth's ally. Sam is warned that her father is dying and she sees that the only way to save him is if he becomes a host to a Tok'ra called Selmak so she proposes that to the Tok'ra council in hopes that she can save her father and convince the Tok'ra to join with Earth.

Someone dials Earth and sends SG-11's code to open the iris but SG-11 doesn't come through the gate. Instead a metal arrow does, injuring Jack. Now Sam must lead SG-1 to the planet SG-11 was supposed to be on and find out what happened to them.

SG-1 goes back to a planet called Madrona after an initial contact where they found out about the existence of an interesting artifact that can control the weather, but when they get there they are accused of stealing the device. SG-1 finds out that the device is somewhere on Earth and that it is the work of a secret organization.

While on a planet, Jack has his head trapped by an strange device and the knowledge of the Ancients is downloaded into his brain. The only problem is that the human brain hasn't got the capacity to process that amount of information, and Jack's brain is slowly shutting down.

SG-10 are on an alien planet when suddenly they find themselves being sucked into a black hole. They try to get away but the black hole won't let them so they are slowly dying. Earth's gate is connected to that planet's gate and it can't shut down so now Earth is at risk of being sucked through the back hole too.

SG-1 finds an old Goa'uld enemy called Ma'chello. The problem is that Ma'chello decides that he doesn't want to die so he arrange things so that he can change bodies with Daniel. Ma'chello (in Daniel's body) manages to fool everyone and come back to Earth where he goes on a little 'vacation'. Meanwhile Daniel is stuck on Ma'chello's body and is dying.

Apophis has fallen in disgrace and is now being chased down by a Goa'uld called Sokar. He asks for SG-1's help so that he can live. He requires a new host to live and in exchange he will give Earth all the knowledge he has.

The UAV crashes in an alien planet. It hits a plant and soon after that the planet's people start feeling ill. SG-1 think it might be related so they try everything they can to save them.

A boy manages to get inside the SGC. He says that he is there to warn them about a new threat: the Reetou, an invisible race that is an enemy to the Goa'uld and thinks that the best way to defeat the Goa'uld is tohug all the potential hosts... and humans are next on the list!

On a routine mission SG-1 find themselves back in 1969 because of solar flares. They are now being judged as spies and have no idea if they are going to make it back home.

Jack is awoken by some people he has never seen wearing very weird cloths. They tell him he has been cyogenically frozen and that the other SG-1 members are dead. After a while Jack starts realizing that they may not be telling the truth about SG-1's fate.
