Filthy and J.B. are superstars on the Hughes middle school basketball team, but find themselves drifting apart when J.B starts pursuing other interests. Chuck suffers an attack on the court and is taken to the hospital, leading to questions about his health and ability to coach. When a new girl arrives at Hughes, Filthy falls head over heels in love-only to see his brother make the first move.

The Crossover Show Summary

The coming-of-age story of basketball prodigy twins Filthy (aka Josh) and JB who learn that even though they have so much that binds them together growing up is all about discovering what makes us unique.

Through his lyrical poetry, Josh narrates the story, on and off the court, as their former professional basketball player father adjusts to life after basketball, and their mother finally gets to pursue dreams of her own.
