Jon begins the show with the fired U.S. attorney's scandal. Over 5 million White House staffer e-mails have gone missing, including some containing information about the fired attorneys in a segment called "The Amazing Erase". The White House claims that the e-mails were mistakenly erased. To put the story in perspective, Jon calls Sen. Ted Stevens(R) from Alaska to help explain the complexity of the internet and email. Furthermore, Jon talks with Senior Technology Correspondent Jason Jones about how easily these e-mails could be accidentally erased.
