In an unexpected surprise, it is revealed that the lawsuit ACN is battling is a wrongful termination suit by Jerry Dantana. Dantana was fired after editing the Gen. Somtonovich interview, and is now trying to take the network to the cleaners. Seeing no other way out, Will, Mac, and Charlie all prepare to present their resignations to ACN owner Leona Lansing.
