Meanwhile, Bartlet has to deal with his own problems, including Abbey, who is enraged that he didn't talk to her about his re-election decision, and whether or not to give the orders for a military rescue of the U.S. embassy in Haiti. Elsewhere, Charlie is advised to get is own lawyer before prosecutors look into his possible involvement in the MS cover-up.
