The third season begins with Tamera getting more proactive in her career and developing a sitcom project with a friend. Meanwhile, Tia attends a red-carpet event as she waits to hear if her pilot will be picked up.

Tia and Tamera pursue the advancement of their careers. Tia lets loose and attends a how-to burlesque class while Tamera sets up a girls poker night prior to her event in Vegas.

Tamera continues to improve her poker skills for her upcoming celebrity poker tournament. Tia feels that the duo would be stronger if they merged their talents, which is when Tamera reveals the business ventures she already has going on.

Tamera is forced to skip Tia's celebration party for her pilot when she encounters health issues. Jerome and Tia go out for an adventurous zip lining trip. Tia works to give Tamera's closet a makeover.

Tia becomes unsatisfied with her weight after some images are posted on the internet, which leads to her signing up for a weight loss boot camp with Tamera and Jerome also taking part.

With her new series starting production, Tia comes to the conclusion that having a second child should wait. Tamera goes in to audition a hosting position.

Tia asks Tamera to be Cree's legal guardian and considers stardom for Cree. Meanwhile, the sisters argue about launching a second product.

Tia takes a DNA test when Tamera suspects she and her sister may not be identical twins; the sisters cannot agree on a scent for a new product.

Tamera must make some difficult changes when her talk show is picked up; Tia takes part in an ad campaign for an animal-rights organization.
