John Fuller, the new president and CEO of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, one of the world's largest independent and privately owned specialty coffee and tea retailers, born and brewed in Southern California since 1963, goes undercover to meet the employees who keep his company brewing. Fuller previously went undercover in season two when he was the CEO of Johnny Rockets.
