It's the first day of the new term and Sian, who is covering for Michael, has her work cut out after the school is infiltrated by a local gang called the DSC. Tariq's efforts to turn over a new leaf are tested by the arrival of new pupil called Mason who soon makes it clear that he expects Tariq to join the DSC. Jez is the prime suspect in Michael's hit and run, but with his marriage back on track he's worried that Sian will find out he was with Janeece.
