When Sandy (Haylie Duff) asks Simon (David Gallagher) to take her to the hospital for what she thinks are labor pains, she admits that she only slept with Martin (Tyler Hoechlin) to make Simon jealous. Meanwhile, Eric (Stephen Collins) learns the hard way that Simon's given Rose (Sarah Thompson) an engagement ring, and he must also decide whether or not to allow Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman) to date a seemingly much older boy. Also, Lucy (Beverley Mitchell) is disappointed to learn that almost her entire family is aware of Martin's situation, which she had hoped to keep private.

In order to prepare for the local Fun Run, Lacey and Wanda start a running club; Lacey tries to get others to join, and manages to convince Brent. Unfortunately, his idea of running isn't quite what Lacey had in mind. Oscar cons a doctor into giving him handicap plates for his car, which embarrasses Emma, until a shopping trip shows her just how handy those handicap plates can be. Hank decides to contribute to society by becoming the crossing guard, but his commitment to the job is put to the test, and Hank is torn between duty and fun.

Abruzzi's demotion in the prison hierachy puts the entire escape plan at risk. Michael finds himself in the uneviable position of trying to protect T-Bag's new "fish" and facing the threat of T-Bag exposing the plan to the guards. The inmates dig themselves into a hole.

Six months pregnant, Liberty and J.T. decide to tell their families about it- and that they're moving into their own apartment. J.T. decides to work several jobs in order to support the baby, including working at a pharmacy. But when they are in desperate means of cash, J.T. takes the advice of Jay Hogart, and steals some drugs to sell. Snake decides to shed his old skin when he goes through a mid-life crisis.

Rashad Evans takes on Keith Jardine in the first heavyweight semi-final match. But before the fists can fly, Rashad must contend with Matt Hughes being his corner man.
