Contestants are forced to live together and compete in and around the Psycho House and the Bates Motel. In a season full of new twists, the winners of the first stunt are given a choice to either take a prize or get a pass on the next stunt. With only four couples remaining, in the first disgusting stunt, the women are handcuffed in the famous Bates Motel shower while blood rains down on them, and the men must quickly search for an axe to chop down the doors to rescue them. In the second stunt, the women are physically tested as they maneuver a sled with their partner while being chased down by a semi truck at dangerously high speeds. Later, the couples receive an unexpected surprise at the motel. This week's home invasion takes us to Queens, New York, where Joe surprises another family of "Fear Factor" fans with a five thousand dollar challenge.

The team investigates when young Carly Hunter disappears while walking home from school one day. While processing evidence found at the scene, Warner realises that the little girl has leukemia, and they need to get her home as soon as possible to begin treatment. Despite the ransom drop going wrong, the detectives are able to find the little girl thanks to evidence O'Halloran finds at the scene, but as she tells her story to Stabler and her mother, it soon becomes clear that her kidnapper is someone very close to home. Stabler and Warner end up becoming hostages when the kidnapper approaches Jake Hunter directly.
