After being poisoned by a demon, Buffy comes to believe that she is confined to a mental hospital, her mother is alive and her parents are still together and that her life as a Slayer was all an hallucination for the past six years. Deciding that she prefers this 'normal' life with her parents a whole lot more, Buffy attempts to kill the things that tether her to the 'fantasy' life of the Slayer: the Scoobies.

Dharma is the inspiration for her nerdy neighbor/admirer's new comic book heroine, the Blonde Tornado, a sexy, crime-fighting superwoman. While Dharma enjoys her newfound stardom, Greg's life whirls out of control after a newspaper photo of a burglary hails her as a real life hero and him as her cowardly sidekick.

A man from Lex's past stalks him in conjunction with a mysterious death at Club Zero that Lex may have been responsible for. Meanwhile Chloe looks into Clark's past as an adopted child.

J.D. has a patient who's rude to him and the nurses and eventually dies from cancer. J.D. feels awful for not giving him his full attention and worries maybe he could have saved the guy if he was nicer to him.

Meanwhile, Elliot is convinced that Dr. Kelso is the one singing a song called "Tuscaloosa Heart" on a tape given to her by a patient who claims he went to college with Bob.

And Dr. Cox finds himself trapped in a love square: He's falling in love with Kristen Murphy, his intern, just as his ex-wife reappears demanding sex and there's also his crush on Carla.

Jack and Palmer finally meet face to face and learn of their connection through Operation Nightfall. They work together to track down those who are seeking revenge on them.



A member of Palmer's staff has a romantic encounter with the would-be assassin.



Teri and Nina have a revealing conversation about Jack at the safehouse.

Adm. Chegwidden agrees to help the White House with an event honoring Medal of Honor recipients, but only if he can investigate the case of a vet who was dropped from the list because of a shoplifting arrest. Meanwhile, Mac and Harm look into a fire aboard a destroyer.

Frasier's son Frederick has reached the national finals of a spelling competition and wins the award on the night. The celebration at Frasier's apartment afterwards turns sour, however, when the competition organizer shows up to say that Frederick has been disqualified for cheating, since a video of the audience showed that Frasier had been miming the letters to Frederick during the competition.

The Mayor's niece, Stephanie, pays a visit to City Hall and flirts with Charlie, who reciprocates - until he finds out who she is. Somewhat later he and Caitlin are caught in a compromising position in the Mayor's bedroom, trying to cover up for Stephanie's wild ways. Meanwhile, Mayor Winston and Carter get trapped in a car for hours, leading Carter to vow to give up his materialistic ways if they are saved, and Paul becomes a contestant on the popular dating show, "Blind Date".

While Dutch and Claudette investigate the murder of Nancy Reborg, they discover that her daughter is missing and has been sold by her addict father to a child molester. Meanwhile, David tries to crack corruption in the barn by recruiting Terry to help him take down Vic, which results in Terry's murder. Plus, Danny and Julien arrest a man who slashed his ex-girlfriend's tires.

They've had the fight to end all fights but Veronica is still on Aneesa's mind. Aneesa looks for sympathy and understanding from everyone but no one is interested. Her mom doesn't want to hear any more bad news, Tonya and Chris think that Aneesa should just be glad to be rid of her. But Aneesa really wants Veronica to call. Cara empathizes with her, saying, "I don't blame Aneesa at all for still having feelings for Veronica. Sometimes when people push you away, it makes you that much more likely to attach yourself to them".
Cara may know a thing or two about this phenomenon. Her dad comes in for a quick visit and takes everyone out to dinner.
