Krusty is out of a job, when a new show featuring ventriloquist Arthur Crandall and his dummy, Gabbo, hits the airwaves and shrinks Krusty's television ratings.

Rebecca finds herself really attracted to a handsome plumber. Sam joins a help group for sexual compulsives.

George parks his father's car in a handicap parking spot while he tries to find an engagement present for 'the Drake.' A handicap woman gets injured because of George's parking, so feeling guilty, George and Kramer visit her in the hospital. Kramer falls in love with the woman and buys her a new wheelchair, which does more harm than good. George's father gets arrested for parking in the handicap space and George becomes his butler to make up for it.
