Later, Jerri and Amber share their suspicions that Keith and Tina may be thinking about going against the former Ogakor members, and at the Immunity Challenge, Jerri loses her chance to vote out Keith when he wins Immunity for the second time in a row. At Tribal Council, Elisabeth's plan to get rid of Jerri fails to work when one of her own comrades, Alicia, is voted out of the Barramundi Tribe.

Toby becomes suspicious when the Vice President, who typically supports the oil industry, suddenly supports a fuel-emission standards bill. Meanwhile, C.J. racks her brain in order to find a ceramic cat statue given to the President by an Egyptian official who expects to see it on his next visit to the White House; and Josh works hurriedly in order to catch his flight to Florida to see the New York Mets' spring training camp.

When a woman is found strangled to death with a large quantity of the drug Ecstasy in her handbag, Detectives Briscoe and Green have difficulty gathering sufficient evidence for an indictment of their prime suspect, drug-dealer Francis 'Taz' Partell. But when they question one of his former associates, they discover new evidence indicating that Taz is responsible for the earlier murder of a bouncer in Bronx county.
