The girls get an eviction notice and Joey comes to their rescue by agreeing to give the building superintendent dancing lessons.

Jerry's parents hire a personal trainer for him. However, the trainer is very old and ends up throwing out his back. Kramer begins stocking up on his own blood, but runs into refrigeration problems.
