A 16-year-old Hurricane Katrina victim suffering from hallucinations as a result of the tragedy is brought to House by his former bandmate who recently found out the girl is his daughter. Although House fears his friend is being scammed, he takes the case. As he works his way through the girl's lies so he can diagnose and treat her, he's forced to tell a few lies of his own.

When Joey tries to move into his new house, he finds the house is on fire. Jimmy finally learns that Michael is his son and tries to build a relationship with him.

The NCIS team must work on an assignment against a terrorist group without Gibbs, who is still recovering from the explosion. Gibbs has to fight with memory loss, while he's visited by his mentor and his former boss. His help is needed, especially when the team discovers that Gibbs is the only person who has information about the terrorists' plans, so he needs to retrieve his memory before the terrorists attack.

Tonight the Top 3 finalists will perform live for the nation, vying for the American Idol crown. The contestants will sing their hearts out in hopes of winning Americas vote and the coveted opportunity to compete in next weeks season finale. Each contestant will sing 3 songs

Meanwhile, Kathy's job is in jeopardy as the woman she was temping for returns from maternity leave.

Fights break out on the Maverick and the Rollo, due to fact of fray nerves that is being caused by two factors, bad crabs and long days. Meanwhile the Time Bandit, despite the artic onslaught, presses northward and Sig wakes up from a short nap to find out that his ship is lost.

Shirley once again helps Professor Cabot, whose research into human sexual behavior gets him into trouble when he's caught with a prostitute. Marlene and Denise continue their fight for the spot to become partner by trying to assist.



Meanwhile, Denny takes Alan to LA when he pays a visit to the West Coast branch of Crane, Poole & Schmidt, but his motives become clear once Alan meets Barry Goal. And Brad is shocked to discover his niece is arrested for participating in a drug "pharming" party.

While in LA, Alan takes on the case of TV star Courtney Reese, who is arrested after shooting a photographer who she mistakes for a stalker. But Denny and Barry make life difficult when they won't stop making sexual advances toward their client.

Meanwhile, Denise resorts to underhanded tactics to eliminate Marlene from the picture, but the plan backfires when she is caught by Paul. And Brad enlists Shirley's help in trying to persuade the judge in his niece's trial to lower the sentence.

An unstable woman stops taking medication and mows down 10 people with her car; a former rock star wages an anti-psychiatric drug campaign.

The Unit is called in to consult on a bomb planted in an Atlanta bank, but they soon learn that the bomb might be nuclear. Meanwhile, Bob and Kim decide to take a much needed vacation, but Kim soon discovers that Bob has whisked her away on a mission and wants her to help him out.

The Unit detains a former Yugoslav general who is wanted for war crimes and then allows the U.N. take credit for their capture. However, the criminal escapes U.N. custody and seeks vengeance against Jonas.



On the home front, Tiffy is convinced that Mack has decided to re-enlist with the Unit and considers divorcing him. Kim is the recipient of some disturbing news.

While C.J. and Malik's teacher take in illicit activities, to get her life back on track C.J.'s ex-wife seeks Ella's help.

The roommates open the tanning salon, and Paula is angry at John for sleeping on the job.
