Before anyone can leave, a demon transforms the Charmed Ones into dolls and uses demon doppelgangers of the sisters to kill rival demons. Elsewhere, Billie continues to search for her sister.

Jim tries desperately to impress Jack with his initiative in the kitchen, but his good intentions turn against him causing Jack to give him the silent treatment. A "no send-back" policy is introduced at Nolita which annoys Mimi. Jack gets rated on his "bedroom skills" by the author of the ChefHunter.net website. But when he is given an score that does not sit well with him, he goes out to prove to the author he is top material.

Jordan and Woody find themselves investigating the murder of a military officer, but when Pollack writes an explosive expose on the investigation, the threesome find themselves entangled in a dangerous corporate cover-up.

Dr. Ron informs Susan that she needs a splenectomy, and it's the doctor's first time, which leads Susan rather uneasy. Gabrielle is not so pleased when Carlos brings up the topic of "baby" again as Carlos still wants to continue trying to conceive again. Gabrielle and her arch-enemy Sister Mary Bernard finally face off in church when Gabrielle confronts her about getting rid of her from Carlos' life. Tom decides to apply for an empty position at Lynette's job, which leads to the arousal of past issues in their marriage. Lastly, Matthew and Danielle's relationship is found out by both their mothers, which leads to big repercussions later on for Bree and her past secret with Andrew last year.

Meredith and Cristina lie to each other and themselves about their relationships with McDreamy and Burke, respectively. George is given a hard task to expel a discharged and defiant woman from the hospital. Alex learns his fate after re-taking his medical exams. At the same time Izzie is trying to stop Alex from making stupid decisions when a patient that doesn't speak English is lied to by her coach. George, Cristina, and Alex compete in a hot dog eating competition.

Logan and Barek investigate after a body is found in the ocean, having fallen from an airline wheelwell. They soon discover that she is just one in a long line ot prostitutes to be beaten and murdered. Their investigation leads them to a nervous airline employee, but they just don't feel he has the courage or the violent nature to commit these crimes on his own. A family connection leads them to a second suspect, with a history of both being abused and being the abuser.

Shane opens her own styling business, and Bette loses her position as the sole provider for the family, forcing Tina to take up a job under Helena. Now back in L.A., Jenny introduces Moira to her surprised friends. Dana and Lara make plans to visit France while Alice still obsesses over Dana. Meanwhile, Kit is surprised by The Planet's new manager who wants to make some drastic changes to the place.
