Later, they find Mallory's body, and discover Fly Brand cocaine on her person, prompting Jack to reach out to Dianne in order to contact her drug boss Graham Walker. Graham recognizes Paco from their war days, identifying him as a former drug addict, causing Paco to become defensive. Jack is told by one of Graham's prostitutes that their killer had paid her to act dead during their meetings. Kent, dressed up as another one of his aliases, takes Betty to a party, where they pick up a victim under the guise of inviting her to a photoshoot. After drugging the girl, the two stab her to death. The next morning, Kent tells Betty about his mother; Betty promises to never abandon him. Meanwhile, Karen is interviewed on television about her role in the case, and subsequently gets a job offer from her dream employer Rolling Stone, angering Diver. After finding old head shots of Rita, Jack realizes that the killer is dressing up his victims like his mother. He also discovers one of Rita's old audition tapes, featuring a young Kent. Elsewhere, Dianne and Bucket have an audience with Graham, who blames the latter for the cops' knowledge of him. He then shoots Bucket in the head.

Holden's broadcast triggers protests on Ceres, with the OPA blaming Mars for the destruction of the Canterbury. In the course of violent riots, Miller's partner Havelock is attacked, almost fatally, and a man with the handle "Nightbandit31", with whom Mao was in contact, is killed. On Earth, Avasarala tests her theory that Mars was behind the attack by leaking to Mars information about the transfer of Martian stealth technology to the OPA. She deduces from the panicked Martian reaction that Mars was not responsible – but that somebody else wants to start a war. Aboard the Martian warship Donnager, the Canterbury's survivors are detained and questioned, with Nagata in particular being suspected of being part of an OPA sleeper cell. Complicating matters further, an unidentified ship flies towards the Donnager, ignoring all requests to divert or identify themselves.

When a vampire starts to pick off the brightest and best young men of the British establishment, MIO has a crisis on its hands. The Home Secretary orders Bulstrode to solve it and Bulstrode appeals to Hyde. Hyde, on the other hand, wants nothing to do with it. He's done with MIO after episode 7 and all he wants is his secret file... Although when he's taken to the latest murder scene something catches his eye.
Following a trail, Hyde finds himself face to face - and fighting - a female vampire. This is no ordinary vampire and she challenges everything he knows by revealing that she is his sister, Olalla. The second shock is when she reveals that Dance is not dead. Dance is being regenerated. Garson is highly sceptical. How does Olalla know all this? Well, because she was captured by Dance as a five year old and raised by Tenebrae. Robert is distrustful and he devises a test: if she can turn into Jekyll he'll believe her story. Reluctantly, Olalla complies. She has lived for years as Hyde, using a monocane and blood mix fed to her by Dance, so this reversal is agony for her.
Meanwhile Tenebrae's plan to raise Dance is in trouble. With the parasite destroyed, Lord Protheroe and Fedora are obliged to take drastic measures. They release the eel-like creatures that have been Dance's life support to go and seek the missing organs he needs.
Now Robert decides to make a commitment to Lily and breaks things off with Bella. So when Bella brokers a deal with Bulstrode - for Robert's file - that's the last she wants to see of Robert. But the proposal also reveals shocking information about Lily that is still kept hidden away from Robert.
Olalla, unable to sustain life as Jekyll, runs away to find her secret supply of blood and monocane. This leaves Robert to track the eel-creatures alone, in pursuit of Dance's lair. Olalla arrives at the last moment to save him, but so does Bulstrode and MIO. Bulstrode is convinced he has finally found his vampire.

You know what they say, 'an actor cannot truly call himself an actor until he's performed at the Globe'. That, and never work with animals. London is having the hottest weather since weather began, Ed's Australian nephew has come to say, and the latest fad of 'Blue Spruce' furniture is spreading like wild fire. When Toast begs Jane to get him in at the Globe Theatre, he's less than impressed with the director, Daz Klondyke, who's rumoured to be the hottest thing in UK theatre. However when he's cast in Klondyke's all-dog version of Twelfth Night, it's not long before Toast gets his fingers burnt as he tries to become a real actor.
